IT Lead oversees the operational efficiency of the bank's information systems, core banking applications, and digital transformation initiatives. The IT Lead will be responsible for the smooth running of the Core Banking System, handling daily IT support tickets, maintaining the Cloud based APIs, maintaining technology inventories, ensuring system security, and driving innovation in alignment with the bank’s digital strategy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of financial IT systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Core Banking System Management: Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and updates of the bank’s core banking software, liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders for system enhancements.
- Cloud API Management & Integration: The IT Lead will be responsible for establishing and managing a cloud-based API environment to facilitate seamless system integrations. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining API solutions that enable secure and efficient data exchange between Usahawan Bank’s cloud platforms and third-party services. The ideal candidate should have experience in API development, cloud architecture, and integration frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and banking security protocols. Additionally, the IT Lead will oversee API lifecycle management, monitor performance, and implement best practices for scalability, reliability, and security in the bank’s cloud ecosystem.
- IT Operations & Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution of daily support tickets.
- Network & Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the bank’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.
- Digital Transformation & Innovation: Support the bank’s digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure seamless integration and support of IT solutions.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity strategies are in place.
- Training & User Support: Conduct IT training sessions for employees to enhance digital literacy and optimize the use of banking technology.
