How long does it take to receive an update on my feedback?

Once your feedback is submitted through our feedback form, Bank Usahawan will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly, wherever possible.

If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, your feedback will be escalated to the relevant unit, and you can expect an acknowledgement or response accordingly.

The responsible unit will work closely with all relevant departments to address your concerns. While we strive to resolve all matters efficiently, some cases may require additional time for thorough investigation. In such instances, we will keep you informed of the progress via email, telephone, or written correspondence within 14 days.

If the matter remains unresolved after 30 days, a formal update will be provided to keep you apprised of the status.
