Senior Human Resource Officer (1 Position)

Job Descriptions:
1) Responsible for developing the Bank’s HR Strategy by identifying and establishing human resources objectives.
2) Manages human resources operations by establishing department functions with coordination of recruitment activities from job postings to onboarding and support in the creation of assessment centres.
3) Manages and provide consultation to management on strategic budget for staffing plans, compensation, benefits, learning and development.
4) Responsible to providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, equality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce and prepare a systematic succession management.
5) Reports directly to the CEO and provides guidance to senior management in-regards to human resource issues.
6) Identifies key risk areas within HR, and set indicators on how to control and monitor these risks.
7) Responsible for ensuring that organizational structures and business processes in particular HR policies, processes and procedures are adaptable to any changes that may occur.
8) Develop, implement and ensure policies and procedures that uphold the company's mission, values, and legal requirements comply with labor laws.

Requirements:
1) Bachelors’ degree in business-related subject social sciences, or human resources management. Masters degree is an advantage.
2) Minimum of 3 years of working experience in human resources including in a supervisory role.
3) Excellent communication with strong organizational and time management skills.
4) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
5) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
