Effective 3rd April 2025, physical Blue cards will no longer be issued by default. Only e-copies will be provided. A $50 deposit is required for the extraction of the physical cards with adequate reasons approved by the Bank and must be returned within 1 month. Late returns will incur penalties and deposit forfeiture.
